Bibliotherapy Reading List. Happy Reading!Reading self-help literature or therapeutic books is a wonderful way to further self-explore and make meaning of your emotional experiences, reflections, and memories as they surface over the course of the therapeutic journey. We all know that "knowledge is power," but truthfully, bibliotherapy readings help you to retain psycho-educational information gleaned from sessions, as well as to consolidate and apply your therapeutic learning and provide comfort in between sessions and long afterwards on your path to growth, truth, and self-discovery.
