School Advocacy and/or IEP Meeting Attendance - $150 - $250/hour
Telehealth: FaceTime/Skype Session, 45 minutes - $125 (in-state IL laws apply)
Phone Consultations (under 15 min is free); 15-25 min, $25, >30 min - $30
*In-Home counseling consultations are only available in select circumstances on an as-needed basis and fees are negotiated based on travel distance and time.

Full psychological evaluations can also include standard projective clinical measures and self-report surveys or symptom screeners to identify symptoms of mood disturbance, coping style preferences, cognitive strengths and weaknesses, and provide further information for concerns related to clinical symptoms. I do not provide custody evaluations for divorce proceedings.

*Bravely Blooming, LLC reserves the right to revoke sliding-scale fee agreements at any time, but will provide a termination session if necessary. Sliding scale fees are reserved for clients with proof of financial hardship or student status; in some cases, interim sliding scale fees can be negotiated for individuals who are in-between jobs and without current access to health insurance. Clients are expected to be honest and upfront with regard to reporting changes to their financial status and pay the fair market rate for services as their circumstances improve. (updated March 2017)
